Phoenix-OoC Presented at NetwOArk Meeting in Brussels

On February 11, 2025, the COST CA21110 – Building an Open European Network on OsteoArthritis Research (NetwOArk) held a face-to-face meeting at the CostAction Building in Brussels. The event brought together 97 participants representing European nations, facilitating in-depth discussions on the progress of various working groups dedicated to advancing osteoarthritis research.

Valentina Besoli Presents Phoenix-OoC to Leading Experts

Valentina Besoli from UNIBAS actively participated in the event, presenting the Phoenix-OoC project to a distinguished audience of researchers and grant officers. During the first session, Valentina delivered an impactful oral presentation that highlighted the project’s objectives and emphasized the importance of cooperation among partners.

Her presentation was part of Working Group 2 (WG2), which focuses on accelerating the translation of research into practical applications for osteoarthritis patients. Valentina detailed the innovative aspects of the Phoenix-OoC system and outlined ways for experts to provide feedback and stay actively engaged with the project.

The Phoenix-OoC presentation generated significant interest among attendees, with many colleagues expressing enthusiasm about testing and evaluating the system using their own methods and Gold Standard approaches.
