Phoenix-OoC Presented at Scuola Sensori SCI 2024

On October 16, 2024, during the final session of the Scuola Sensori SCI 2024 held in Cervia, Italy, Prof. Fabiana Arduini from the University of Rome Tor Vergata gave a lecture titled “Writing a Proposal within the Horizon Europe Program: Challenges and Perspectives.”

The session was part of an intensive training school organized by the Italian Chemical Society, focusing on chemical and biosensors with electrochemical, optical, and electronic transduction. Prof. Arduini’s presentation provided valuable insights into the structure of Horizon Europe calls, evaluation criteria, and practical tips for building competitive proposals.

Drawing from her extensive experience, including work on the Phoenix-OoC project, she illustrated key points with real-life examples and addressed challenges commonly faced by early-career researchers. The talk concluded with an interactive Q&A session, encouraging participants to ask questions and receive tailored feedback.

This event served as an important opportunity to empower young scientists and enhance their skills in securing research funding for innovative sensor technologies.
